Our realtor, Carol Riley was so helpful right from the beginning. Her professional, yet down-to-earth manner put me at ease throughout the process. She always did her homework and only showed Chris and I homes that met his strict criteria. And Carol was right. After seeing quite a few houses, she took us to the house. I immediately fell in love with the home and I could picture Chris and me living there after retirement. I dreaded the next part- the offers and counter-offers, and inspections, etc. All this made my head spin, yet Carol patiently walked us thru it. She gently educated us on those big, scary words like "mortgages" and "escrow".

Ms. Carol Riley helped me buy my first house and I think that she would be a very reliable candidate for your business. My whole experience with Carol was wonderful. I called an add in a magazine during the night and thank god Carol was the one to call me back the next day. She right away set up an appointment for us to meet and since I was a first time homebuyer and did not know much about The house buying process she gave me a packet all on it and gave me choices on loan officers to contact. She was always very helpful and when I did not understand something she always made sure to explain it in away that I would understand. At first getting in to this I was afraid that I would get in to something that I would regret because I would feel uncomfortable to let a realtor know how I felt but it never was like that with Carol.
